- a perfect solution -
Technical Details:
To solve the problems which appear traditional brakes our highly experienced engineers planned to produce the perfect heat exchanger. The first step was to design a bi-directional turbine at the braking element.
The second step was the surround a housing, with a ventilation hole pattern permitting air circulation from the middle to the periphery of the unit. Then we added an electric fan fitted to the centre of the housing. Now best possible thermal power dissipation was achieved without high dependency on speed, and avoiding the need to increase the disc diameter.
The combination of the housing, turbine disc, and electric fan effects a high efficient heat exchanger, which does not rely heavily on speed to dissipate the thermal energy which is generated.
Just Advantages:
> accurately adjustable
> torque from 0,1 - 4620 Nm
> high heat dissipation to max. 28 kW
> very flexible by assembly system
> spare parts ex stock available
> dimensionally smaller units, giving a more compact
machine design
> reduction in price due to smaller design
> lower top speed minimise the wear of the linings
> constand controllable torque from a stable friction
lining material
> leading to total dependability
